I started part time in 2002 with the mortgage division then moved to full time as receptionist in 2003. After that, I advanced to administrative assistant for the Life and Health department. My responsibilities include processing applications / enrollment forms, helping clients resolve claim issues, quoting for health (group and individual), life and long term care and preparing proposals, amongst other things. Personally, I currently reside in Macomb County.
